 What is pre-order?

 

An item I want to order says “Pre-Order Today” in the availability, what does pre-order mean?

The styles offered on brandonkylecollection.com are limited edition and sell out very quickly. We occasionally offer the new collections a few weeks prior to when they ship.  When you pre-order your item(s) you are guaranteed to get the item before it sells out!  Often items sell out on pre-order even before we get the stock in.  You are always encouraged to order styles you want as soon as you see them.  You will be charged at the time you place your order. Please note your pre-order item will not ship out until the date noted on your pre-order item.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

 

Please allow 2 business days processing time for your ground orders to be shipped. Ground shipments usually arrive within 3 – 6 business days after processing.  All orders received before 12:00 pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders received after 12:00pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day.

Am I responsible for duties and taxes?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Brandon Kyle does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Brandon Kyle is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

How can I track my order ?

 

Once your order is processed, an email will be sent with a tracking number and a link to the United States Postal Service website (USPS). Please email us if you need further assistance tracking your order.

I received a wrong or damaged Item

 

We want to provide you the best customer service. If you recieve the wrong item(s) or your purchase comes damaged at time of delivery. Please email us at info@brandonkylecollection.com and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

How do I return a purchase?

Items eligible for refund or exchange must be returned within 10 business days undamaged and unworn with original tags. We do not charge a return fee but it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping back to us. Your refund will be issued up to a week after we receive your shipment. Please email us at Info@brandonkylecollection.com before sending anything back to receive a RAN# (Return Authorization Number). We do not offer exchanges at this time. To ensure that you get the size you want, we recommend that you purchase your new item(s) during the process of return and you will be credited once your return is received in our warehouse. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

I am not sure about my size for your garments.  How can I find this information?

Our size guide is located on each product page under the sizes available for the garment. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Service Department at info@brandonkylecollection.com we will be happy to help.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept all major credit cards.  We do NOT accept personal checks or mailed in money orders at this time.

What Sales tax will I be charged for my online purchase?

Sales Tax will only be charged for customers shipping to an address in New York State.

What should I keep in mind when estimating delivery?

When estimating when your Brandon Kyle merchandise will arrive, please consider the following:

1. Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing.

2. We highly recommend that you use the billing address that your issuing bank has on file for the billing and shipping address of your order. Orders with a Bill To Address and Ship To Address that are not the same WILL delay their orders, as we will verify the customer’s information prior to shipping.  

3. There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
